Danos WORKS: Serving Our Neighbors at Beacon Light

Updated: Oct 29

On October 8, team members from the Danos brand services and information services departments spent their morning serving our HQ neighbors at Beacon Light Baptist Church in Gray. Beacon Light hosts a monthly food distribution to support community members in need, and the Danos crew jumped in to help prepare boxes and load them into vehicles.

Through Danos WORKS, employees who volunteered will log their service hours—each hour translating into a $10 donation from the Danos Foundation to Beacon Light next year.

“Danos WORKS is such a meaningful way for us to give back,” said Nicole Williams, brand services manager. “It’s not only about the hours we serve—it’s about creating a ripple effect of generosity and support in our community. Serving alongside our coworkers strengthens our relationships and builds the teamwork, leadership, and communication skills that make us better."

Danos Group employees: Don’t forget to log your service hours in Thelma or PRC! Every hour you volunteer makes an impact—supporting your community and helping the Foundation give back.
