Danos Foundation
A Movement of Generosity,
A Legacy of Impact

Purpose.
Honor God. Solve big challenges for our communities.
Through our charitable foundation, the Danos family of companies provides grants and donations to nonprofit organizations serving the communities where our teammates live and work. Our philanthropic and volunteer efforts are guided by our purpose:
"For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me. 'The King will reply, "Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me." - (Matthew 25:35-36, 40)

Foundation Programs
The Foundation is funded primarily through employee donations and corporate contributions, creating a ripple effect of hope and transformation across the communities we serve.

Growing Into Something Bigger
Over the past several months, we’ve taken time to step back and reflect on where The Seeds of Giving is headed, and how we can be even more intentional with the impact we’re called to make.
Making Waves: Larry Galloway’s 349 Hours of Service Empower Adaptive Skiers
Service is at the heart of who we are at Danos, and in 2025, one of our employees truly made waves in the community. Through 349 volunteer hours with Ski Dawgs Adaptive Water Skiing, Shelf Operator A Larry Galloway’s dedication helped create life-changing experiences for individuals with disabilities, giving them the opportunity to experience the freedom and joy of being on the water.

Information Services Serves Second Harvest
In early February, Danos and Performance Energy Services, LLC information services team members came together at Second Harvest Food Bank's Bayou Distribution Center in Houma, La., for a quarterly service event. In just a few hours, the team helped bag one ton of rice into 2-lb portions—supporting food security efforts right here in our community. Thanks to Bailey Duplantis, Thomas Cheramie, Kerry Thibodaux, Corey Stein, Jesse Matherne and Jared Borne for giving their time and talents to...
Championship Flavor: Troy Granier and Team PES Wins in Overtime
The energy was high and the competition fierce as teams gathered for the 2026 SOUPer Bowl at Danos. What began as a friendly culinary showdown quickly turned into a championship moment, with teams bringing creativity, pride and teamwork to every pot. Beyond the competition, the event raised $3,008 to support the communities where Danos Group employees live and work. Judges and tasters sampled each entry, sparking conversation, laughter and friendly rivalry across departments. From bold...
GIVES Fair: A Celebration of Community, Generosity, and Impact
On February 11, sixteen local nonprofit organizations gathered at Danos headquarters for our second Danos GIVES Fair. What unfolded was more than an event. It was a celebration of the people who serve our community every single day. From the moment guests arrived, the atmosphere reflected intentional care. Conversation flowed easily. Smiles were shared. Time was set aside simply to honor them. More than the setting itself, what stood out most was the genuine sense of connection and...
Multiplying Impact Together
As I reflect on the past year of The Seeds of Giving, one word rises to the surface: multiplication . When we align our purpose with generosity, impact grows far beyond what any one of us could accomplish alone. In recent weeks, we distributed 36 checks through Danos GIVES to outstanding organizations serving the communities where our team lives and works. Each check represented more than funding — it represented trust, partnership and shared purpose. These organizations are on the front...
Gratitude That Grows, Connection That Sustains
As we step into a new year, I find myself reflecting with deep gratitude on what The Seeds of Giving accomplished together in 2025. Stewardship is more than numbers on a page. It’s about honoring the trust, generosity and shared purpose that connect us as a community. And in 2025, those connections produced beautiful fruit. Because of your faithfulness and generosity, lives were changed. Families were strengthened. Needs were met with dignity and compassion. In 2025: 90 employees served...

The Journey of One Seed of Generosity
Every act of giving begins as a seed… small, hopeful and full of possibility. When you choose to give, you might never see where that seed lands or how it blossoms. But here’s the truth: your generosity is alive and growing, often in ways you can’t imagine. Meet “Ruben”, a 30-year-old single father of two girls ages ten and eight years old. The biggest challenge he faced was to get his girls their own beds. His paycheck was only enough to cover the rent and bills. Because of the Danos GIVES...
