Where Service Grows Stronger

What happens when generosity meets action?
Danos WORKS - a program that turns every hour of volunteer service into something bigger—a tangible, measurable impact on the communities where we live, work, and care deeply.
Our employees don’t just clock in and out; they show up. They give their time, their energy, and their hearts to causes that matter. And we’re proud to stand beside them, matching their efforts with a $10-per-hour donation to the nonprofits they support.

Our Impact So Far
When we work together, we don’t just solve challenges—we build communities.
Growing Into Something Bigger
Over the past several months, we’ve taken time to step back and reflect on where The Seeds of Giving is headed, and how we can be even more intentional with the impact we’re called to make.
Making Waves: Larry Galloway’s 349 Hours of Service Empower Adaptive Skiers

Through 349 volunteer hours with Ski Dawgs Adaptive Water Skiing, Shelf Operator A Larry Galloway’s dedication helped create life-changing experiences for individuals with disabilities, giving them the opportunity to experience the freedom and joy of being on the water.

Gratitude That Grows, Connection That Sustains
As we step into a new year, I find myself reflecting with deep gratitude on what The Seeds of Giving accomplished together in 2025. Stewardship is more than numbers on a page. It’s about honoring the trust, generosity and shared purpose that connect us as a community. And in 2025, those connections produced beautiful fruit. Because of your faithfulness and generosity, lives were changed. Families were strengthened. Needs were met with dignity and compassion. In 2025: 90 employees served...
Danos ROOTS Family Volunteer Night-Packing Hope for Our Community
On December 16, Danos Group employees and their families came together for an evening of service that truly made a difference. During our ROOTS Family Volunteer Night, we partnered with Bags of Hope to pack more than 1,600 bags of weekend meals —enough to feed hundreds of children for over a month. This effort built on our July initiative, when our team prepared 1,000 bags, showing just how much impact we can have when we come together. Bags of Hope works tirelessly to combat childhood hunger...
