Danos Works: Turning Time into Impact

Updated: Jun 3

Danos WORKS is a a dynamic and ever-growing initiative dedicated to fostering a spirit of volunteerism and community engagement. WORKS is more than just a program; it’s a movement fueled by our employees who are passionate about giving back to the communities where we live and work.

Through WORKS, employees are encouraged to volunteer their time with qualifying nonprofit organizations. For every hour volunteered with a verified 501(c)(3) nonprofit, the Danos Foundation donates $10 to that organization—creating a meaningful, measurable impact with every moment spent in service. Whether you’re a longtime volunteer or just starting out, WORKS makes it easy to turn your passion into action. Together, we can continue to grow this movement and make a lasting difference in the communities that have given us so much.

Over the years, the Danos Foundation has partnered with many incredible organizations to help serve our community. We have bagged food for schools with Bags of Hope, supported TCU Food Bank’s Postal Drive by preparing materials and have helped St. Francis Vegetable Garden prepare its gardens for the season and harvested the gardens' growth.

We have many opportunities throughout the year and post those in our employee newsletter The Pipeline. Be on the lookout for the next opportunity for you to give back. Let’s put our values to work—one hour at a time.

Ongoing service opportunities can be found year-round here. :) https://www.theseedsofgiving.com/volunteer-opportunities
