The Cares program is designed to assist employees experiencing hardships that affect themselves, their spouse or live-in partner, or a dependent child. We recognize that unique situations may arise and can be considered on a case-by-case basis, such as when an employee is the primary caregiver and assumes full responsibility for the care and expenses of an adult child or extended family member.

If you or an employee you know is in need of assistance, please notify your supervisor or the employee's supervisor so that a request form can be completed. If you have questions or need additional information, please email CARES@danos.com.
