Danos ROOTS: Building Strong Families Together

How can we best solve BIG challenges for our communities? And, what about solving BIG challenges right here within our Danos community?

A group of us recently debated that question and realized that by focusing on what is most important—building strong families together—we can, in fact, do that. We believe that a healthy family is the foundation to building strong individuals, strong teams and strong communities. So, we are excited to introduce you to Danos ROOTS, Christian-based programming for employees that fosters strong, healthy families.

We view Danos ROOTS as a long-term investment in our Danos community that will produce fruit over time. Over the coming months, we will begin introducing the types of programming listed below, and we welcome your participation and feedback:

• Family Retreats/Conferences/Camps: Enjoy quality time together in a fun and supportive setting.

• Family Focus Nights: Events designed to strengthen family bonds through shared activities.

• Education Programs: Learn essential skills through programs like Dave Ramsey's financial solutions to empower your family’s financial future.

Consider the many great oak trees that line the Gulf Coast and our headquarters’ entrance. These grand trees have stood the test of time and countless storms of life because of their strong ROOTS. We aim to equip and enable you to do the same through Danos ROOTS.
