Strengthening Connections Beyond the Workplace

Employees and their families recently gathered for Fall Family Day, a local event designed to bring people together outside of the workplace and strengthen relationships.

The event provided an opportunity for employees and their loved ones to enjoy time together through food, activities and fellowship while connecting with coworkers and their families in a relaxed setting.

Events like Fall Family Day reflect the spirit of ROOTS, a Seeds of Giving program focused on building strong families and fostering meaningful relationships. By creating opportunities for employees and their loved ones to spend time together, these gatherings help strengthen the bonds that extend beyond the workplace. ROOTS exists to strengthen our employee community through faith-inspired programs and partnerships that support strong, healthy families.

While Fall Family Day was organized locally for employees and families in the headquarters region, it reflects a broader commitment to creating opportunities for connection, family engagement and community across the places where we live and work.
