From Service to Support: Introducing WORKS+

Danos is strengthening its commitment to community impact through the WORKS+ Seeds of Giving initiative. This new program is designed to support nonprofit organizations where Danos employees are actively engaged, creating a direct connection between service and financial support. By focusing on projects rather than general funding, the initiative helps eligible organizations advance their missions while reinforcing meaningful employee involvement in the communities where we live and work.

The program provides a structured pathway for employees to request grant funding based on verified volunteer engagement. Funding levels are tied to the number of qualified WORKS hours contributed, encouraging deeper participation and long-term relationships with nonprofit partners. All requests must align with Seeds of Giving values, demonstrate clear community benefit, and support defined projects that strengthen an organization’s ability to serve others.

Through a clear review and approval process, requests are evaluated on engagement, mission alignment, project clarity, community impact, and stewardship. The goal is to ensure funds are directed toward initiatives that create measurable, lasting impact while reflecting Danos’ values. By connecting employee service to strategic giving, WORKS+ continues to build stronger communities and expand the reach of the Seeds of Giving.

The Seeds of Giving committee plans to roll out a WORKS+ playbook by July 1, 2026, giving employees an opportunity to learn more about the program and how to participate.

We look forward to continuing to make a positive impact for our employees, their families, and the communities where we live and work.
