Over the past several months, we’ve taken time to step back and reflect on where The Seeds of Giving is headed, and how we can be even more intentional with the impact we’re called to make.

Service is at the heart of who we are at Danos, and in 2025, one of our employees truly made waves in the community. Through 349 volunteer hours with Ski Dawgs Adaptive Water Skiing, Shelf Operator A Larry Galloway’s dedication helped create life-changing experiences for individuals with disabilities, giving them the opportunity to experience the freedom and joy of being on the water.

The Danos Foundation announced the recipients of its 2025 Danos GIVES grants, awarding a total of $735,076 to 35 nonprofit organizations  across Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana and Texas. This marks the largest amount distributed  and the highest number of organizations supported  in a single grant cycle in the Foundation’s history. In early February, Danos and Performance Energy Services, LLC information services team members came together at Second Harvest Food Bank's Bayou Distribution Center  in Houma, La., for a quarterly service event. The energy was high and the competition fierce as teams gathered for the 2026 SOUPer Bowl at Danos. What began as a friendly culinary showdown quickly turned into a championship moment, with teams bringing creativity, pride and teamwork to every pot. Beyond the competition, the event raised $3,008 to support the communities where Danos Group employees live and work. Judges and tasters sampled each entry, sparking conversation, laughter and friendly rivalry across departments.

On February 11, sixteen local nonprofit organizations gathered at Danos headquarters for our second Danos GIVES Fair. What unfolded was more than an event. It was a celebration of the people who serve our community every single day. From the moment guests arrived, the atmosphere reflected intentional care. Conversation flowed easily. Smiles were shared. As I reflect on the past year of The Seeds of Giving, one word rises to the surface: multiplication .
