Danos WORKS+ helps employees multiply the impact of their service by connecting eligible nonprofit organizations with project-based grants through the Danos Foundation. The program supports organizations where Danos employees are actively serving, building relationships and recording qualified Danos WORKS hours.

Volunteer hours may be combined among multiple Danos employees serving the same organization within a 12-month period.  WORKS+ grants are awarded throughout the year.

Up to $1,000

24 to 49 qualified hours

$1,000 to $5,000

50 to 99 qualified hours

$5,000 to $10,000

100+ volunteer hours

WORKS+ FAQ

  • WORKS+ grants support defined projects, including program supplies, curriculum, equipment or resources; technology, tools or infrastructure improvements; outreach initiatives or service expansions; and training resources and other capacity-building projects.

  • Yes. Qualified hours may be combined among multiple Danos employees serving the same organization. Hours must be served within the last 12 months.

  • These grants are awarded throughout the year. Grant amounts are not automatic and remain subject to eligibility, available funding and approval.
